Bombay Sapphire ‘Fashionista’

• 25ml Bombay Sapphire
• 12.5ml Chambord
• 17.5ml lemon juice
• 2 Raspberries (1 shaken, 1 to garnish)

Method
Shake all the above with ice then double strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne or prosecco and garnish.
