200 mlCranberry juice
175 gFrozen cranberries, defrosted
100 mlMilk
200 mlNatural yogurt
100 gUnsweetened, cherries or raspberries
1 1/2 tbspOf honey
Directions
1Add all above ingredients into a blender and pulse (switch blender on and off repeatedly) until smooth. Proceed to pour into two chilled (optionally chilled) glasses and drink up.
