Cranberry and raspberry healthy smoothie

Healthy smoothie for a fresh start to the day, be prepared with this low fat and vitamin c packed drink for a long day of whatever you fancy.

  • Yields: 1


200 ml Cranberry juice

175 g Frozen cranberries, defrosted

100 ml Milk

200 ml Natural yogurt

100 g Unsweetened, cherries or raspberries

1 1/2 tbsp Of honey


1Add all above ingredients into a blender and pulse (switch blender on and off repeatedly) until smooth. Proceed to pour into two chilled (optionally chilled) glasses and drink up.
