This simple stir fry dish is sure to leave your stomach happy. its quick and easy to make and is great for the full family
1Put the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Stir gently to separate, then drain thoroughly.
2put oil in a pan, stir fry meat until cooked, set aside
3stir fry ginger and harder pieces of vegetables for 2 minutes
4add noodles and rest of vegetables, stir fry over high heat until just cooked
5Add back meat with soy sauce and sesame oil. 2 minutes, serve
