Spicy Szechuan stir fry sauce

Great all-round spicy stir fry sauce.

Ingredients

3-4 tbsp sodium-reduced soy sauce

2 tbsp rice wine or rice vinegar

2 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp green onion, minced

1 tbsp fresh minced ginger

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp chilli paste (sambal oelek or chili paste sauce with garlic)

Directions

1Combine the ingredients in a small bowl, stir well to combine, then add to your stir fry.
