Corned beef hash in a slow cooker
Optional
You can slice or dice.
Take the bowl out of the slow cooker if removable. If not just put it straight in. Layer the corned beef, onion and potatoes on top of each other. Add seasoning if you wish. Mix the two stock cubes(preferrably beef but can be any) with the water(if you’re in a rush and forgot to boil the water it’s fine). Pour the stock over the ingredients so it just covers it all. If you removed the bowl put it back in the slow cooker and cook on high for four hours or low for 7-8.
If you wish for a thicker sauce you can add gravy granules. If you have any other meat that needs using you can stick that in as well. I added bacon lardons to mine cos they needed using up. Serve hot with veg or beans(if you didn’t add them). If you don’t like anything in the ingredients you can miss them out or replace them. Corned beef can be replaced with quorn mince and veg stock for a vegetarian version. sorry about the mess i don’t usually follow recipes and just guesstimate.
